Standard delivery is via FedEx, UPS or USPS. We make every effort to ship in-stock items within 1-2 business days of purchase, excluding US holidays.
Standard shipping charges apply to most destinations within the contiguous United States. For shipping rates and options to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories AND Canada please contact us prior to placing order at Uniekliving@gmail.com.
We apologize, but express shipping is currently not available.
Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
Our standard shipping rate are:

All shipping charges include handling, order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation.
Uniek Living is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once in the hands of the carrier. Uniek Living is not responsible for shipping charges if package is refused or if customer provides incorrect shipping address.
At Uniek Living, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. We will do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied.
For a full refund please contact us at email@example.com within 14 days of the date the merchandise was received.
All returned merchandise must be in its original (unused) condition and packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued once the product is received. Allow 10 days for processing.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Merchandise
If you order was delivered damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days from the date merchandise was received (please include image of damaged item). We will arrange an exchange or refund and will ship replacement items to you free of charge if the item is in stock. We regret that we cannot replace items that are discontinued from our inventory.
Defective merchandise must be returned in its original package within 14 days of receiving a return shipping label from us.
While we strive to maintain inventory stock on all items, occasionally something may be back-ordered. In these rare cases customers will be notified within 24 hours of placing their order.
We accept credit card payments secured through Shopify.
