sticky problem

I wrote to u and am waiting another response. All 5 bowls are beautiful but after multiple attempts I cannot get the double stickers cleaned off the inside and bottum of the bowls. Sticky stuff remains and it is deeply embedded. I hope to get a solution from you. I unwrapped them for a gift to give but they could not be cleaned ....
Help or should I return for replacements?
